Our inventory walks out the door every night. We treat our people accordingly and as such have a range of very happy and very accomplished folks on staff from a big agency creative director to a Reike master to a former applied physics major to a black belt in Tae Kwon Do to a doctoral candidate in bioinformatics (whatever that is). Oh, and more than 75 years combined integrated and web marketing experience all under one roof.
Adam Hayes - Director of Directing
In a business climate that hasn't been very rewarding to smaller companies, Adam has been able to carve out a niche for himself through the building of strong and fruitful relationships. He was at the helm of Grey Matter Marketing for 4 years before branching out and starting a web and SEO marketing company - The Hayes Group - in 2004. With a focus in super media and emerging media marketing and new-fangled technologies, he has used old-fangled relationship building to establish what has become a successful and highly respected super-media marketing venture. In addition, Adam actively donates a portion of his time and marketing services to several local non profit and charity organizations. He lives in Noblesville with his wife, Andrea, and daughter, Sophia. He is a graduate of Ball State University with a BS degree in Corporate Finance and a Minor in Marketing.
Adam is pretty serious and wouldn't let us include anything funny.
George Evans - Creative Director
George is an award-winning advertising writer, producer, and marketing resource. His most recent efforts as a brand, creative and production consultant for such brands as Harley Davidson, Tums (Glaxo Smith Kline) and Monsanto made him the perfect choice to head up Brandwidth's integrated marketing and creative services. A 24-year advertising agency veteran, he has worked as an agency copywriter, copy chief, Associate Creative Director and Group Creative Director for a handful of respected firms including Ketchum Advertising; Della Femina, McNamee, WCRS; Ten United (formerly DDF&M), MARC Advertising (formerly The St. George Group) and others. His branding experience encompasses such brands as Heinz, Stouffer's, Taster's Choice, PNC, Digital Equipment Corporation, Lean Cuisine, Nestle, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Clark Candy, Searle Pharmaceuticals, Pittsburgh Brewing Company, Transitions Optical (PPG Industries) and a host of others.
Proud father of George IV, George III lives in Indy with his wife, Karen, Principal Flute for the Indianapolis Symphony. George volunteers his marketing services to such causes as The Julian Center, Late Infantile Batten's Disease, The Indiana Media Industry Network and The Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. George sings with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir. He is a graduate of the famed University of Pittsburgh writer's program with a BA in English Writing.
George is actually pretty funny so we only included stuff that was pretty serious.

Ed Robinson - Print & Targeted Direct Marketing
Ed is a 30-plus year veteran of the ad and marketing trenches. A targeted direct marketing expert and a proven business-development performer, Ed manages the one-to-one, targeted marketing efforts Brandwidth as well as consults with our client partners on innovative ways to grow their businesses. A former regional marketing and sales manager for Thomson and RCA, Ed brings both agency and "client-side" experience and insight to our team. Coming to us from ADVO and Cox Target Media, Ed brings valuable customer-oriented insights as well as Brandwidth's largest collection of actual suits.
In his spare time - when he has any - Ed is an illustrator and muralist. He lives on the west side of town and is the proud father of four demanding though lovely and talented daughters.
Mandy Minglin - Internet Marketing Specialist
Mandy joins us from Ball State where she majored in Telecommunications with a focus in multimedia studies. Prior to an internship with Brandwidth (which she chose over a similar internship with one of our largest web-development competitors – nah nah), Mandy designed interactive television interfaces for NewsLink Indiana as part of a development initiative for the BBC.Currently, she commutes from Muncie at the wheel of her brand new Dodge Caliber. Now that's dedication (not the commute, the car)! A gymnastics coach and former BSU cheerleader, Mandy is a self-described "overachiever" and the first candidate we interviewed to come out of college with a legitimate two-page resume. She works with Adam on search and internet-marketing initiatives and is a certified Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador.
Her experience with Pro-Tools, Avid and Final Cut also make her an asset to Chris in editing video for our IQ interactive video modules, though Chris will be the first to tell you that Mandy's attachment to both Grey's Anatomy (she thinks it's real) and her iFish (ditto) is a little disconcerting.
Chris Dixon - Designer
Chris brings extensive experience coordinating large scale new media implementations as multimedia manager for an international corporation. He brings brands to life with creative visualization that captures the essence of an audience's perceived need all while communicating without saying a word. From web to tradeshow to brochures, the brand is carried and presented consistently when in his hands. Hey, that's what he told us in his exact words and who are we to argue? He's your basic brilliant web designer. Chris is a graduate of Purdue University and currently lives in Noblesville with his wife, Melissa and their daughter, Camryn. In his spare time when not chasing his daughter or changing dirty diapers, he likes to read Stephen King novels and watch the ever-repeating Seinfeld reruns.
Bo Miller - Codemaster/Scary Genius
Heavily worn mouse pads, a dark room and a food trough under his office door define the essence of Bo. While wearing his propeller hat, pocket protector and political statement tee-shirt, he can type 40 words per minute with his nose. And he got, like, 4,600 on his SATs. On the flip side, he's a go getter that's been formally schooled in go getting as well as Computer Science with a minor in Math and two years towards a master's degree in Bioinformatics. The guy's a genius and although you probably won't see much of him, you'll get his full dose of mad scientist magic weaved accordingly into your project.
When Bo gets some spare time, we'll try to discern what exactly it is that he does with it though rumor has it he is a 9th level Paladin with infinite intelligence, infinite strength and 8-star-thingie recuperative powers. He can also teleport.
John Barlow - Codesmith (flatly rejected Codesmithee)
An inventor and innovator by nature, John comes to Brandwidth with the promise of being able to act on his ideas. John brings a new flavor of creativity to the group through his eight years of programming experience, experience in the corporate world, and drive to "make it better." He also has the know-how and technological wherewithal to "make it a lot worse" which is why we all try to stay on John's good side. John hails from Ball State University with a degree in Computer Science and minors in Applied Physics and Business. He lives in Fishers with his wife, Terra and their daughter, Piper. Additionally, he provides computer support for a local church and donates his time and musical talent to the worship band.
Danielle Drummond – Project Management Director
Danielle comes to us leaving behind her “exciting” career in the insurance biz. Her thinking is no longer limited to hoping she doesn't insure the drunk guy who caused the fender-bender on I465 making you 2 hours late for that all important meeting or freaking out because your building is not adequately insured. From the claims office to the agency, she just couldn't find her niche. Holding many different roles from receptionist to secretary to an account manager she has many of the assets needed to keep our office on task and flow efficiently. Her organizational, customer service, communication, and color coding abilities (You should see her over-due project charts!) are just a few. Don’t worry; she isn’t as boring as she sounds. She’s actually quite gregarious and outspoken!Although she grew up in the Fishers area, Danielle recently purchased her first home in Indianapolis. She spoils her dog Lola, an English Bulldog, to the extent that she has her own room. (Pathetic…we know) In her spare time, Danielle is renovating her home and has recently figured out she hates painting more than yard work! Other than that she enjoys attending concerts and sporting events. (GO COLTS) She also has a freakish addiction to CSI and Law & Order.
